The Programme adds value because it is well led, well-supervised, well-managed, has a sustainable development plan and good accountability arrangements

 

SECTION 1 - LEADERSHIP        

(Responsibility of Programme Chair and/or Programme Director)

There is a clear vision backed by inspirational leadership

               

1.       There is a clear title and description of the Programme

2.       There is a clear vision 

3.       The vision is shared with key stakeholders   

4.       There are clear Terms of Reference for the Programme

5.       Programme leadership is clear and inspirational

           

SECTION 2 – SUPERVISION

(Responsibility of Programme Director)

The Programme is well equipped to deliver the vision

               

6.       Needs have been identified and assessed

7.       Risks have been identified and assessed   

8.       There is a contingency plan for major emergencies   

9.       There is a clear strategy     

10.   Priorities, standards and objectives are clearly identified    

11.   Projects have been initiated to implement the strategy

12.   Policies are promptly communicated to the Programme Manager

 

SECTION 3 – MANAGEMENT

(Responsibility delegated to Programme Manager)

The Programme has a stable baseline
