Welcom at my Homepage... My name is Jürgen Altmann and I am 14 years old. I lve in Gastern, a little village in Waldviertel. Waldvietel is in the north of Lower Austria, one of the nine federal sates of Austria: - Lower Austria - Upper Austria - Vienna - The Tyrol - Styria - Salzburg - Burgenland - Vorarlberg - Carinthia Waldviertel is a nice place to life. It is hilly, but there are no high in the mountains. There is much wood and there are many fields and meadows. The farmers plant wheat, corn and potatoes and they keep cattle. In Austria there four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. In summer it is hot (25 to 30 degrees C), in Winter it is very cold (-10 to -20 degrees C).There is often ice and snow. The Waldviertel is ideal for hiking and cycling. I have got one brother. His name is Thomas and he is 16 years old. I think he is a good brother . My father is a joiner and my mother is a housewife. I attend the Secondary Modern School in Kautzen. My favouite subject is P.E. When Í leave school I want to become a mechanic.
