When multiplying fractions, times the numerators by one another and the donomanators. For example 2/4 X 5/8 with this sum we would do 2 X 5= 10 and 4 X 8= 32 10/32

when simplyfying fractions, first you would find the lowwest comman factor of both the numerator and denomorator. 14/21 divided by 7/7= 2/3. if you can not simplyify it anymore you leave it like that but if you can you repeat the steps. EG. 16/40 divided by 2= 8/20 divided by 2 (again)= 4/10 divided by 2(again) 2/5
