I have been thinking about all the people that I have had an accociation with and their issue.
I will briefly highlight them here - but will write a comprehensive report in my forthcoming book.
1. AW - Born with learning difficulties.
2. SC Disabled - had isues with hygiene - had no bottom - pants were always torn at the bottom - did not wash - was imune to being embarrassed about his smell. Was eventually promoted to shift leader - had a mental breakdown - I had to call the police in when I came on shift and noticed his behaviour - we were in deister recovery mode he had accidentally deleted one companies systems.
3. CR - A brilliant manager but a bit obsessive compulsive - never left stuff on his desk for people to read - his desk was always empty apart from the folder he was working on. Unlike mine where I have multiple piles of concurrent projects in view.
4. ST - Brilliant in everything he does - a brilliant footballer - workaholic.
5. AH - Nice as pie - never a thing said wrong about A - issues with his upbringing where he lived.
6. JB A mind and a memory to die for - dyslexic - could not write - needed support - never rose to the position that his skills positioned him for - was happy being the oracle. Nice man always called me Mr.
I saved his job when other shift leaders would not work with him. Myself an Mike P put him through the mill for a month to test his metal. I rose on his merit.
7. CF - Brilliant brain - programing manager
8. CE Perfect foil for CF - set up tech support in the early days.
9. PE Partmer top CE an analyst the perfect team - overly thrifty.
10. NM accused me of being mental because I took ownership of a project and drove it through without product owner agreement.
11 ME - Accused of being mental by manchester mental health for simply doing my job.
12 ME - Sectioned by MME for reporting data protection and sofware pracy issues within the crisis team.
13 ME - Repeatable sectioned by MME for reporting disaster recovery issues to Greater Manchester Police - my ex employer where I am still on the Pensions Payroll and advise of development strategies for communities.
14. ME - Put on a section 3 for doing my job as a community guardian - analysing NHS employment procedures. Discovering that it would be reasonable for me to operate at a level 5 as an ICT tester on £33,000 per year - or be considered as a level 9 post due toi my directorships / financial background.
15. BF - Car incident - head injury.
16. Mike P ------ My great friend with more issues that I can report - a lovely lovely guy - who happened to lose his hair young and had major issues about himself and his self esteem - we had so so much fun - its worth a read. Especially the air conditioner gag and the Big Bang hoax.
Like I said in the Beech Report I have been reflecting in the shower for an hour now. Now its time to talk about Mike Costings report for Keith B - a classic tale about my mate Mike P. Mike had an issue with leadership - he was his own man - if Mike wanted to do it his way - you did it his way !!!!
Now I often play these roles to get stuff done - even playing smelly SC has its way of manipulating Theory Y managers that are lacking in intellect / experience.
