I apply to become a Member of the Co-operative College with immediate effect. I understand it is a duty of Members to use their powers, in good faith, to further the purpose of the Co-operative College Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). As a Member I understand that I will have the right to vote for Trustees at the AGM, and have other rights specified in the Constitution, but that the day-to-day governance of the Co-operative College is in the hands of the Trustees. I understand that my name, address and contact details will be held on the Co‑operative College’s register of Members, and they will be available to other Members if they wish to contact me. I understand that the minimum initial membership period is 12 months and that from the end of that period I may cancel my membership with 30 days’ notice.
