Boot Camp   Word Processing Day 1           

1.     Login to Computer= buffs

2.    Click on

3.  Type in your user name: _________________________ and your password id#__________________

4.   This will activate your personal cubby (Home) and the “student share”  folder.

5.  Open Microsoft Word =File-New

6.  Type your name in the upper left corner

7.  File-Save

8.  Save As: YOUR NAME JOB#1- in STUDENT SHARE-YOUR TEACHER -Word Processing Folder

9.   Then go back to document and type your assigned writing.

10.    Save  OR FILE-SAVE THEN EJECT FOLDERS FROM DESKTOP & LOGOUT.

BOOTCAMP WORDPROCESSING Day 2

1.     Login and find your work in the Word Processing Folder under your teacher.

2.   Complete typing your assignment.

3.   Highlight text and Choose at least 2 Fonts.

4.   Highlight text and Underline.

5.    Highlight text and Bold.

6. Indent Text.

7.  Spell Check your document: Highlight Text-Click Tools-Spelling & Grammar

8.   Save Again.

9. Print

10.  Eject  & Logout.
